So I did 3 of the Guardians and Original X. So here's Omega with a slight edit--summoning his sword as opposed to his hair. LOL
Although I guess considering how indestructable Zero's hair is known to be (blown up twice, weathered 100 years... c'mon now) and Omega is original Zero... that hair is probably a weapon in of itself.
Got the idea from a PIXIV sprite of Cial, from their project Rockman Ciel.
